FAQ
Getting started
What does it cost to get started?
Nothing. We build it at our cost. Your part is the time it takes to tell us how the job runs today.
How long does it take to see it working?
Usually about two weeks from the first conversation.
What do you need from us?
A clear, full explanation of the job and what you need fixed, in your own words. You don't need to know how it should be automated.
How can you build it before I've agreed to anything?
Because we only take on jobs we're confident will work out for both of us. After the first conversation, we'll tell you whether yours is one of them.
What kinds of jobs do you take on?
Work your team does the same way, over and over: turning enquiries into quotes, rebuilding the weekly report, onboarding new clients, chasing paperwork, sorting the shared inbox, copying details from one system into another.
Cost and commitment
What if I don't like what you build?
Then you don't sign up, and you owe nothing.
How is the monthly fee set?
We price each job once we understand it, from the first conversation and what it takes to build and run. You see the fee alongside the working system, before you decide anything.
What happens if I sign up?
You agree to 12 months at the monthly fee you've already seen. Changes to the original job during that time are included. After 12 months it carries on monthly.
Why 12 months?
Because we carry the whole cost of building it. What you sign up for is the job being done every month: the system that does it, and us keeping it running. The 12 months is what lets us build it at our cost in the first place.
Can we add another job later?
Yes. We talk it through the same way, and if you like it, it's added to your agreement with its own monthly fee and its own 12 months.
Your data
What happens to my data?
It stays yours, and it stays wherever you want it kept. We use it only to run the job you've asked us to run. The system we build is ours to run and maintain, and that's what the monthly fee covers.
Where is my data held?
On Microsoft Azure in the EU, unless you'd like it kept somewhere else. We'll sign a data processing agreement with you.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it handles a step better than a fixed rule would. We'll tell you which parts of your job use it.
Can it run on our own infrastructure?
Yes, for organisations that need it. We arrange that case by case, so talk to us.
Once it's running
What happens if something stops working?
Tell us, and we'll reply within one working day in most cases.
What if the way we do the job changes?
Tell us. Changes to the original job are included during the 12 months.
