Who we are
Logitomic is a trading name of Global Cyber Risk Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13998606, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Global Cyber Risk Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your work email address, your organisation if you give it, and what you tell us about the job. If you email us, we collect what's in your email.
Why we use it
To reply to you and arrange a conversation about your job. We use it because you've asked us to get in touch, as a step before any agreement between us (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone beyond the services below.
Who handles it for us
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which passes your enquiry to us. We receive and answer enquiries using Microsoft 365. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We delete an enquiry 12 months after we last heard from you, unless you become a customer.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or analytics. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice on your device. It isn't sent to us.
If you become a customer
How we handle the data in the job we run for you is set out in our agreement with you, including a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@logitomic.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
